Please follow the instructions below. 


1. In the app, click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link. 


2. Enter your email address and click on the ‘Reset your password’ button. 



3. Upon receiving the password reset email, open the email and click on the ‘Reset your password’ button.



4. If you didn’t receive the email, click on the ‘Try again’ link in the app. If you can not find the reset email even after clicking 'Try again', please note that our password reset emails often end up in your email's SPAM, Promotions or Update folders.

 


5. The  ‘Reset your password’ button in your password reset email will take you to a web page to set a new password. 


6. Enter your new password, and again in the bottom text box to confirm it. 



7. Click on the ‘Set New Password’ button. 


8. All done! Upon successfully setting your new password, return to the app and click on the ‘Sign in’ link again and use your new credentials.
